Curry Goat

Our slowly simmered Curry Goat is an old classic dish that is cooked in our aromatic blend of ginger, thyme, garlic, and many of our blended island spices. Our chunky meat pieces is tender to the bone and rich in flavor. We serve our curry with rice and peas or if preferred, only rice.
